Delivery Time
Inside Khulna: Delivery takes up to 5 days (usually within 24–48 hours).
Outside Khulna: Delivery takes up to 10 days (usually within 2–4 days).
Delivery times may be affected by holidays, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances. For urgent deliveries, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipping by contacting customer service. Refunds for refused deliveries will be issued minus shipping costs. Pet Zone reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
Exchanges
Products must be unused and sealed to qualify for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Delivery charges may apply for exchanged items.
Returns
Customers must inspect products upon delivery. Returns are only accepted for incorrect or damaged products, provided they are unused and the seal remains intact.
If an exchange is not possible and payment has been made in advance, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after the claim is received.
Refunds
Full refunds are issued in cases of delivery failures. Cancellations made before shipping will incur a delivery fee, and the product must be returned in its original condition. Advance payments will be refunded within 7–10 working days after the claim is received.
